SYVORA Health operates as an automated digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Because digital AI vision compute, unlimited pharmacological OCR pipelines, and cloud encryption allocations are provisioned instantaneously upon checkout, all purchases are strictly final.
Key Terms & Conditions:
- No partial or pro-rated refunds are offered for partially elapsed billing cycles or unutilized scan quotas.
- In the event of a verified technical double-charge (duplicate transaction for the same billing cycle), the excess deduction will be automatically reversed via the payment gateway within 5-7 business days.
Subscription Cancellation & Recurring Billing Rules
All Pro plans operate on a recurring monthly billing cycle. You maintain complete autonomy to cancel your auto-renewal at any time:
